Preparation
Dose de riz recommandée : 60 g par personne. Cuisson créole : versez le riz dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire à feu doux 15 minutes pour un riz ferme et 20 minutes pour un riz plus moelleux. Egoutter et servez. Cuisson pilaf: dans une poéle, faites revenir le riz avec un peu de beurre ou d'huile. Remuez jusqu'à ce que les grains soient translucides. Ajoutez alors 3 volumes d'eau bouillante salée. Couvrez et laissez cuire à feu doux jusqu'à absorption du liquide.
